About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced leaders to explore plant operations and contribute to projects that impact performance. This role focuses on building a foundation for your future career in manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Learn how a high-performing manufacturing facility runs by diving into daily plant operations.
- Lead or support projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements through collaboration with different departments.
- Develop leadership skills while gaining exposure to production and support teams.
- Meet with plant leaders for weekly check-ins and mentorship.
- Attend professional development activities, including a week at our corporate headquarters in Colorado.
- Follow all plant safety practices, SOPs, and policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for manufacturing, engineering, operations management, or a related field at an accredited 4-year university.
- Completion of at least one year of coursework.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Interest in pursuing a manufacturing career and entering the workforce directly after graduation.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts on the plant floor when necessary.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

- Location: Golden, Colorado.
- Modality: This is an on-site position requiring regular in-person engagement.
- Compensation: The hourly rate is $28 per hour.
- Schedule: Full-time.
