    About the role#

    This 10-week Manufacturing Management internship provides hands-on experience in a plant environment. You will work alongside experienced leaders to explore operations and contribute to projects that impact plant performance. The role is based in Tampa, Florida, and requires regular on-site work.

    What you'll do#

    • Dive into daily plant operations to learn how a manufacturing facility runs.
    • Lead or support projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
    • Collaborate across departments to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
    • Attend professional development activities, including a week at corporate headquarters.
    • Meet regularly with plant leaders through weekly check-ins and mentorship sessions.
    • Follow all plant safety practices, SOPs, and policies.
    • Develop leadership skills while gaining exposure to production and support teams.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Completion of at least one year of coursework.
    • A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
    • Interest in a manufacturing career and entering the workforce after graduation.
    • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts on the plant floor.
    • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

    • Location: Tampa, Florida.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $28 per hour.
    • Term: Rolling.
