About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our Business Operations team focused on commercial partnerships. You will work on high-impact business problems and contribute as a full-time team member. You will help launch growth-oriented partnerships, support current partner operations, and improve financial and operational processes. You will collaborate across teams including Deployments, Growth, Software, and Hardware to drive results.
What you'll do#
- Support our relationships and overall offering to existing business partners.
- Build analytical tools to track operational and financial performance.
- Uncover opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Provide visibility to the team on critical information.
- Automate operational processes to support member and deployment growth.
- Launch and scale new partnership programs from the ground up.
What you'll need#
- Comfort with modern tools and tech stacks including Python, SQL, dashboards, and CRMs.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset combined with sound business judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Slides, and Excel.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages is a plus.
- Bias toward action, simplification, and effective prioritization.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, Computer Science, or Finance.
