About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work with Bridge and Structural Engineering professionals on transportation projects. You will gain hands-on experience and receive direct mentorship from Project Engineers and Project Managers. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Milwaukee office.
What you'll do#
- Support the design of conventional and complex bridge and structure projects.
- Conduct load ratings and bridge inspections.
- Contribute to design, analysis, and field tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on active projects.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university with a focus on structures.
- A strong interest in bridge and structural engineering.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
