About the role#
This internship offers a chance to gain experience in transportation engineering within our North Austin office. You will work alongside our team, receiving mentorship from BGE employees while contributing to ongoing projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on daily engineering tasks.

- Attend training sessions and events focused on your career development.
- Take part in activities designed specifically for our intern group.
What you'll need#
- You are a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You are comfortable using MS Office and have an aptitude for learning industry-specific software.
- You work well with others and enjoy being part of a team.
- You can commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
