About the role#
This is a full-time internship position for Winter 2027. You will support the planning, development, and delivery of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) initiatives. The role involves managing operational processes and helping execute strategic projects to ensure a consistent experience for employees. You will work mostly independently while applying the bank's Risk Management Framework to your daily tasks.
What you'll do#
- Develop solutions and provide recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and produce reports and dashboards to track project metrics and milestones.
- Build and lead change management plans, including readiness assessments and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support CRE workflows and program tools.
- Create tailored communications to reinforce company programs, processes, and standards.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and operational processes for the CRE team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration program or related field.
- A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- In-depth verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and team-based problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence others and work effectively across different organizational levels.
- Familiarity with enterprise processes, systems, and organizational policies.
- Experience identifying areas for process improvement.
