    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid Co-Op position for Summer 2027 based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. You will work on-site to assist our manufacturing teams with process efficiency and data-driven project support.

    What you'll do#

    • Identify opportunities to improve existing manufacturing processes.
    • Support engineering teams as they execute projects.
    • Collect and analyze data to track process metrics.
    • Document your findings and present recommendations to the team.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
    • An understanding of how manufacturing processes work.
    • Experience analyzing data using Excel and visualization tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • You work well in a team environment.
