    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time co-op opportunity for Summer 2026. You will work on-site at the BMW Group facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role focuses on the digitalization of paint shop operations.

    What you'll do#

    You will assist the team in implementing digital tools and supporting data collection efforts. Your work involves analyzing data to contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will also collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and participate in various training and development activities.

    What you'll need#

    We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration. You should have experience with digital tools and technologies. A basic understanding of paint shop operations and digital transformation processes is required. You must have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the team.

    This position is located in Spartanburg, SC. It is an on-site, full-time role. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
