About the role#
This internship with the Office of the COO provides exposure to how a global financial services organization operates at scale. You will work with professionals focused on operational excellence, business management, governance, and technology. This role is for students interested in the execution discipline required to move enterprise priorities forward.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office.
- Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities.
- Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Assist with the documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials.
- Support AI initiatives by researching use cases and documenting opportunities for process improvement.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Operations Management.
- Graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
