About the role#
This internship is part of the Department of Defense SkillBridge program. It is designed for transitioning service members to gain industry experience during their final 180 days of active duty. You will work within various business units, including commercial airplanes, defense, space, and security, or global services. This is a temporary role that does not exceed 180 days. Please note that participants remain on active duty and continue to receive military compensation and benefits rather than Boeing compensation.

- Learn a role or career path that aligns with your military experience or your chosen degree field.
- Apply your military background to projects involving business operations, data analytics, or financial strategy.
- Collaborate with teams and learn from experts across the organization.
- Demonstrate the value of your military service to your team and the business.
What you'll need#
- Active duty status with at least 180 continuous days served.
- Must be within 12 months of separation or retirement and able to start 180 days prior to that date.
- An active Secret clearance or higher is required.
- Status as a US Person as defined by export control regulations.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with four years of experience, a graduate degree, or an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

- This is an on-site, full-time program with rolling terms.
- Locations include Mesa, Salt Lake City, Huntsville, Charleston, Oklahoma City, Berkeley, Hazelwood, Albuquerque, El Segundo, O'Fallon, Warner Robins, Arlington, Ridley Park, Tukwila, Jacksonville, Heath, Colorado Springs, Seal Beach, Maryland Heights, Long Beach, Chantilly, JB Andrews, Seattle, San Antonio, and New Orleans.
