    About the role#

    The Methods Process Analyst internship is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027. You will join a small team integrated into the Boeing Production System to support production operations. This role involves working in both office and production environments, such as factories or flightlines. You will work with a mentor to manage projects, analyze performance data, and improve safety and efficiency.

    What you'll do#

    • Support production teams by analyzing performance against daily schedules and orders.
    • Create and maintain operational, scenario, and disruption recovery plans.
    • Identify and implement solutions to reduce or eliminate safety and ergonomic issues.
    • Collaborate with support functions to improve quality, cost, and flow.
    • Participate in milestone check-ins with team leads and managers to track project progress.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
    • Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Previous internship, work experience, or involvement in student or civic organizations.
    • Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, or Aerospace Engineering.
    • A passion for the aerospace industry and interest in a career at Boeing.
    • Status as a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15.

    • Locations: Seattle, Everett, and Renton, Washington.
    • Work modality: 100% on-site.
    • Sponsorship: Boeing does not provide visa sponsorship for this program.
