About the role#
Boeing is hiring Quality Specialist Interns for the Summer 2027 program. This paid, full-time internship places you in a position to support safety and quality initiatives across our aerospace operations. You will work directly with a mentor to solve real-world problems, tour manufacturing and research facilities, and engage with company leaders. This program is designed to build a foundation of ownership and innovation through hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Support reviews of proposals, contracts, and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and quality are embedded in plans.
- Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, and metrics.
- Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems and drive process improvements.
- Research and analyze performance reports to enhance process capability.
- Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits to support transparency and compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Availability to work full-time for 10 to 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Status as a U.S. Person to meet Export Control compliance requirements.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Previous internships, work experience, or involvement in student or civic organizations that demonstrate leadership and teamwork.
- Enrollment in majors such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Management, or Statistics.

- These positions are 100% on-site.
- Available locations include Seattle, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; Berkeley, MO; Huntsville, AL; Ridley Park, PA; and Mesa, AZ.
- This is a paid internship. Boeing does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
