About the role#
As an Enterprise Cybersecurity Education and Execution Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the cybersecurity posture of our workforce. You will work on projects that involve training development, data analysis, and vulnerability remediation. This role provides a foundation in cybersecurity resilience and execution frameworks while you contribute to real-world operations.
What you'll do#
- Develop tailored training exercises and awareness communications.
- Analyze data to create reports and maintain FAQ lists for risk mitigation.
- Support the resolution of security vulnerabilities and remediation management.
- Create content for security briefings, podcasts, news stories, and tipper posts.
- Assist with identifying and maintaining cyber products and vendor relationships.
- Draft and edit communications for specific user groups.
- Participate in team meetings and drive business operations to completion.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Communications, with an expected graduation date by Summer 2028.
- Proficiency in productivity tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A willingness to learn platforms like SharePoint, JIRA, Service Now, Zen Guide, Workday, Power Automate, or PowerBI.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to tailor messages for specific audiences.
- Interest in cybersecurity fundamentals related to execution and education.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
