About the role#
Brilliant Agency is hiring a remote Public Relations Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This position requires a commitment of 15 hours per week. You will join a remote team to gain hands-on experience in agency operations and public relations fundamentals. This is a paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Identify media and influencer targets while assisting with list building.
- Monitor and report on media, influencer, and social coverage for clients.
- Draft press materials and conduct research for client projects.
- Support influencer campaign management, including outreach and collaboration planning.
- Use various technology platforms for research, media relations, and content creation.
- Participate in team brainstorms for client campaigns and events.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Excellent writing skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Previous office internship experience in the marketing space.
- Eagerness to learn, a willingness to ask questions, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to dedicate 15 hours per week during standard business hours.
- Majors in Public Health, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism are preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is fully remote within the United States.
- The term runs from January 11 through May or June 2027.
- Interns receive a $250 monthly reimbursement for the use of personal equipment and home internet.
