About the role#
As a Continuous Improvement Co-op, you will work with manufacturing, engineering, and transactional process leaders to support strategic goals. This role requires you to challenge conventional thinking while supporting tactical efforts. You will serve as both a team leader and a coach, helping to influence others and drive execution across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic objectives and improve financial results.
- Solve technical problems using facts while managing change and project risk.
- Mentor and lead diverse teams to reach project milestones.
- Act as a liaison across all areas of the organization to drive process execution.
- Gain experience in managing contentious situations to reach positive outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS program for Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Minimum first semester junior status with at least 48 completed credits.
- Ability to enroll in a formalized university co-op program.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and engaged learning style.
- Ability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week).

- Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Terms: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, or Fall 2027.
- Compensation: Paid position ($18.00 - $27.50 per hour).
