About the role#
As a Summer 2027 Project Intern, you will join a construction project management team. You will work under the direct supervision of assigned mentors to support our active projects. This program covers the full project life cycle, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
What you'll do#
- Support bidding functions, project management, and construction supervision efforts.
- Assist with the management and coordination of submittals.
- Help with cost control, scheduling, reporting, and document control activities.
- Attend structured training classes.
- Visit multiple active project sites to observe operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year construction or engineering degree program.
- Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly.
- Self-motivation and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- A working knowledge of construction techniques, drawings, specifications, and building materials is a plus.

- Location: Chicago, Illinois.

- Employment: Full-time, hourly position at $19 per hour.
