About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship for students interested in communications, marketing, and journalism. You will work with the Brand and Marketing team to develop content and strategies that engage employees across North America. The role involves collaborating with various departments, including human resources and operations, to support company projects and culture initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support marketing and employee communications initiatives.
- Research, draft, edit, and develop content for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct interviews with employees and subject-matter experts to create stories.
- Develop basic visual content to support storytelling concepts.
- Manage a small number of defined projects from concept to completion.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
- Interest or experience in interviewing, storytelling, and content development.
- U.S. citizenship is required.

- Modality: On-site in Lynchburg, Virginia or Melbourne, Florida.
