About the role#
This IT internship or co-op provides hands-on experience with projects that keep our systems running. You will learn the basics of IT support and contribute to daily operations at our Maryland Heights facility. This position is on-site and requires you to be in the office.
What you'll do#
- Set up IT equipment and assist with phone, network, and printer installations.
- Provide technical support to users and manage Help Desk tickets.
- Troubleshoot applications and help manage system access.
- Lead new hire IT onboarding presentations.
- Support the team with various tasks as needed.
- Follow all company policies to maintain our standards for safety and quality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or a completed degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a desire to learn new tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with SharePoint is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
Location & details#
- Location: Maryland Heights, MO.
- This is an on-site role. You must have your own housing arrangements in or near the area.
- Co-op schedule: 20-30 hours per week.
- Summer internship schedule: 30-40 hours per week from May through August.
- This position is paid.
