About the role#
Cardinal Group Companies is hiring a Leasing Community Intern in Auburn, Alabama. This is a paid, part-time position that requires on-site work. You will support the team in maintaining occupancy goals through resident retention and leasing efforts. This role requires availability during evenings and weekends.
What you'll do#
- Greet prospective clients and handle incoming leasing calls.
- Complete lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the tour path to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with planning and executing community events.
- Perform on-call duties, including lock-outs and nightly rounds.
- Participate in required company training programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with at least 6 credit hours.
- At least one year of completed college coursework.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Status as a current or future leaseholder of the community.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Majors in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or Communications are preferred.
