About the role#
This is a paid summer internship based in Alma, Michigan. You will work with loan officers across both our Country Living and Traditional lines of business. The role provides hands-on experience in financial services while you assist with daily operations and specific projects.
What you'll do#
- Help streamline sales processes by working on special projects.
- Support loan officers with their daily tasks.
- Travel to various branch locations to meet with team members, gather feedback, and document ways to improve systems.
- Research and analyze data to find new ways to improve internal tools.
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on proposed changes.
- Attend community events to build customer relationships and promote our products and services.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- You have achieved Sophomore status or higher.
- You maintain a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office products.

- This is a full-time, on-site role.
