About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support the team in maintaining high occupancy rates through resident retention and leasing efforts. This is a temporary, part-time position that requires you to live on-site at the community. You will work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
What you'll do#
- Deliver customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Greet visitors and answer leasing calls.
- Complete lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with company policy.
- Help plan and host community events.
- Assist with various community projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university with at least one year completed.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Current or future status as a leaseholder at the community.
