About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support our team in maintaining high occupancy levels through resident retention and leasing activities. This role requires a commitment to customer service and a willingness to collaborate with your team to meet community goals. You will work on-site, assisting with administrative tasks, community events, and the leasing process.
What you'll do#
- Act as a customer service ambassador for our residents and prospective clients.
- Manage front desk administrative duties and maintain accurate lease file documentation.
- Complete lease applications and related paperwork.
- Keep the tour path clean to ensure a positive first impression for visitors.
- Help plan and execute community events.
- Participate in required training programs and assist with various community projects as assigned.
- Handle on-call responsibilities, such as lock-outs and nightly rounds.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university with at least one year completed.
- A minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- Status as a current or future leaseholder of the community.
- Ability to live on the designated community floor per guidelines.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, or Marketing.

- Location: West Henrietta, New York.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $16 to $18 per hour plus bonus potential.
