About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support the daily operations of our residential community. This role focuses on maintaining high occupancy levels through resident retention and leasing activities. You will act as an ambassador for our community while gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry.
What you'll do#
- Deliver customer service to residents and prospective clients.
- Complete lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all lease files.
- Participate in the Cardinal Way of Leasing training program.
- Assist with planning and executing community events.
- Perform administrative front desk duties and support community projects.
- Handle on-call responsibilities such as lock-outs and nightly rounds.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- Status as a current or future leaseholder of the community.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

- Location: Boise, Idaho.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Status: Paid internship.
