About the role#
As an Audit & Assurance Intern at CCK Strategies, you will support our team in delivering quality assurance services to clients. This role focuses on financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, along with SOC and fraud examinations. You will work with an advisory mindset to help entrepreneurial clients across various industries.
What you'll do#
- Prepare engagement workpapers and complete documentation that meets firm and industry standards.
- Identify and communicate potential risks to the engagement team.
- Apply basic accounting principles and stay current with relevant audit standards.
- Complete assigned sections of engagements within budget and address review notes promptly.
- Work directly with clients when necessary.
- Provide training to less experienced staff under the guidance of seniors or managers.
- Follow all information security policies to protect sensitive data.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for accounting or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage your time effectively while balancing multiple priorities.
- Critical thinking skills to resolve challenges independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to a wide variety of projects.
- Willingness to travel to client locations locally and occasionally out of state.

- This internship is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- The position is on-site and full-time for the Fall 2027 term.
