About the role#
The Project Coordination Intern supports the Asset Integrity Team with daily administrative and project coordination tasks. You will report to the Supervisor of Asset Integrity Engineering and work across departments to keep project information organized. This role involves drafting policy documents, tracking project schedules, and managing documentation to ensure projects stay on track.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to the Asset Integrity and Engineering teams.
- Organize and maintain inspection reports, engineering drawings, QC documentation, and asset databases.
- Support the development of an IDMS platform through data validation and organization.
- Analyze integrity, reliability, and maintenance data for reports and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between Engineering, Operations, IT, and Procurement teams.
- Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and monitor project timelines.
- Assist with purchase order tracking and invoice coordination.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a post-secondary program in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A detail-oriented approach to work, both independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
