About the role#
The Flourish Program is an 8-week internship for individuals with special abilities. You will gain professional skills and build relationships while working in the restaurant. Interns are paired with a mentor during shifts to learn and grow. This role focuses on hospitality and care.
What you'll do#
- Serve in the areas of hospitality and care.
- Assist with cleaning the dining room.
- Help with team member encouragement.
- Create and maintain eye contact with guests.
- Make emotional connections with guests.
- Potentially gain experience on the front counter and beyond the restaurant teams.
What you'll need#
- Consistency and reliability.
- A cheerful and positive attitude.
- A genuine interest in serving and helping others.
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

- Location: Lenexa, Kansas.
- This is an on-site, paid, part-time position.
