About the role#
This summer internship offers an introduction to the restaurant business. You will spend most of your time apprenticing staff-level roles while learning about the management side of the operation. This program is intended for rising seniors who want to pursue a career in restaurant or culinary management.
What you'll do#
- Apprentice in various staff-level roles.
- Learn management functions including hiring, training, and coaching.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Gain exposure to P&L oversight.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior with a serious interest in restaurant or culinary management.
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
- You must be able to participate in E-Verify for identity confirmation.
- You are open to relocation, as your specific placement depends on the needs of the operating team.

- Location: Beverly Hills, California (relocation may be required based on assignment).
