About the role#
We are hiring an Agronomy Intern to work at our Milnor, North Dakota location. This is a full-time, paid position that provides hands-on experience in the field. You will work directly with our customers to provide service and information while learning core agronomy operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, crop nutrients, and seed management.
- Assist with custom application and product mixing procedures.
- Perform agronomy and seed operations, including inventory monitoring and record keeping.
- Maintain equipment such as sprayers, floaters, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Help with repairs and preventative maintenance on site.
- Provide customer service and assist customers with their needs.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
