About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Milton, North Dakota. You will work with the Country Operations team to support customers with agronomy services and information. This position involves both office work and field operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist sales specialists with crop scouting, soil sampling, and solving field agronomic problems.
- Use integrated pest management techniques to identify treatment thresholds.
- Write reports and present your findings to supervisors and customers.
- Learn about agronomy products and services to assist with sales and product delivery.
- Perform warehouse and plant operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Use Agris systems for invoicing and inventory tracking.
- Follow safety and environmental policies at all times.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Agriculture, Ag Business, or Crop Science degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A background or experience in agriculture.
- Previous internship experience.
- Commercial Application Certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
