About the role#
We are looking for an Agronomy Operations Intern to join our team in Ruthton, Minnesota. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling start date. You will work on-site, gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of our facility.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills, including crop scouting and working with crop protection and nutrient products.
- Handle all aspects of agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Maintain and repair equipment, such as sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and other machinery.
- Provide service to our customers and assist them with their needs.
- Maintain a safe work environment that follows all local and company safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Previous experience or background knowledge in agriculture is helpful but not required.
