About the role#
CHS Inc. is hiring an Agronomy Operations Intern for the summer of 2026 in Bridgewater, South Dakota. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will work directly with customers to provide service and support while gaining hands-on experience in the field.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including crop scouting, product application, and mixing procedures.
- Handle seed and crop nutrient products while managing inventory quality.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Manage site cleanliness and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver products and assist customers with their specific needs.
- Follow all safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A background in agriculture is helpful, though not required.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.
