About the role#
This position supports service delivery by ensuring field resources and partners have the skills and preparation needed for customer projects. You will contribute to operational excellence by focusing on readiness and process improvements to support reliable deployments.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with field partners to match technician skills with specific project and customer requirements.
- Identify gaps in enablement materials and drive necessary updates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partner resources to ensure they have system access and training.
- Review new products to assess regional impact and assign relevant training.
- Maintain enablement documentation so it remains current and scalable.
- Develop onboarding processes to help new team members integrate and reach productivity quickly.
- Improve deployment readiness to minimize rework and delays before on-site work begins.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with field service operations, resource management, or enablement practices in a telecom or technology setting.
- Ability to map technical skill requirements to project needs.
- Familiarity with resource management tools like Kantata or Salesforce.
- Data management skills to identify gaps and improve quality.
- Experience with training programs, onboarding frameworks, or enablement content.
- Strong communication skills for working with distributed teams and partners.
- A focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Location & details#
- Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: Hybrid (in-office three days per week).
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: $20.50 - $27.50 per hour.
