About the role#
We are looking for caregivers to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. This role is designed for students in Nursing, Public Health, or Health Administration who need a flexible schedule. You will provide non-medical, compassionate support to clients in their homes. We offer PRN scheduling that works around your classes and other commitments. As you gain experience, you may have opportunities to increase your hours.
What you'll do#
Your daily tasks depend on the specific needs of each client. You will provide companionship and supervision while helping with daily life. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and other personal care.
- Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Running errands and transporting clients to appointments or events.
- Engaging in recreational activities like crafting, writing, or exercise.
What you'll need#
We value genuine care and reliability over specific job titles. While prior professional experience is preferred, it is not required. You are a good fit if you have a heart for helping others and meet these requirements:
- You are dependable and take your commitments seriously.
