About the role#
As a Teller at the Co-Op City Branch, you will help manage branch operations and improve the customer experience. This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week. You will focus on helping clients navigate digital tools and promoting alternative service channels.
What you'll do#
- Advise clients on using digital tools available within the branch.
- Answer client questions and direct them to the best channel for their specific needs.
- Provide clear communication and interaction for all branch visitors.
- Assess risk during business decisions to protect the firm and its assets.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of relevant experience, including knowledge of sales strategies and financial products.
- Experience with banking, financial, and credit services.
- Proficiency with digital technology, including mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
