About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program based in Tampa, Florida. It runs full-time starting June 1, 2027. You will gain exposure to commercial banking through project-based assignments, mentorship, and team collaboration. High-performing interns may receive early consideration for full-time roles at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Support the Corporate Banking team, including senior bankers and coverage support staff.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management to learn underwriting practices.
- Work with the Commercial Excellence team to improve CRM user experience.
- Shadow deal teams to observe client delivery.
- Assist the coverage support team with live deals, company and industry analysis, financial modeling, and pitch books.
- Participate in team meetings, Capital Markets calls, and Commercial Banking calls.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program with a graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2, which must be included on your resume.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coursework or experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.
- Ability to complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link.
- Current U.S. residency and permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
