About the role#
The Consumer Bank Enterprise Experience (CBEX) Internship is a 10-week summer program. It is designed to help you prepare for future leadership roles within the bank. You will work on business initiatives, complete hands-on projects, and participate in professional development programming. You will also have access to an executive speaker series and be paired with a mentor who has completed the program.
What you'll do#
- Complete two days of onboarding and training to start the program.
- Work on projects within the Consumer Bank, such as business lending, strategy, or customer experience delivery.
- Engage with enterprise functions including marketing, risk, sustainability, and corporate strategy.
- Participate in professional development sessions.
- Attend executive speaker series events.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 is required, though a 3.50 or higher is preferred.
- We welcome all majors, with a preference for Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Finance, and Marketing.
- You have demonstrated leadership experience.
- You possess skills in data analysis, critical thinking, and time management.
- You are an ambitious team player with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- You must complete a video interview assessment within four days of receiving the link to remain under consideration.
- You must have permanent work authorization in the United States. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- The program begins June 1, 2027.
- The role is based in Westwood, Massachusetts, with some travel required to Johnston, Rhode Island.
