About the role#
We are looking for a Supply Chain professional to join our LDM Customer Service team in Miami. This role supports the day-to-day execution of customer service activities across the LDM region. You will help drive excellence through order management, supply chain coordination, and proactive communication with internal and external teams. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate information flow and timely execution of business plans.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate transportation vessel pre-bookings and shipment planning.
- Work with warehouses, transportation providers, and internal teams to confirm shipment timing.
- Track arrivals at destination ports and share confirmations.
- Collaborate with Logistics to resolve transportation, documentation, and customs issues.
- Communicate order status, delivery schedules, delays, and risks.
- Create Power BI and SAP reporting and operational summaries.
- Track distributor feedback evaluations.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience or interest in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, or Demand Planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data-quality skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Logistics.
