About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide patient care in a retail setting. You will assist with regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and workflow management while ensuring a safe environment for patients and colleagues. This role focuses on managing patient care programs to maintain customer health.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care with empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and team members.
- Facilitate a positive team culture that promotes energy and enthusiasm.
- Manage patient care programs and support customer health outcomes.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver consistent care.
- Complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and reaching.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Pay Range: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
