About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide care to patients. You will help maintain a safe pharmacy environment and support daily operations. This role involves direct patient interaction and requires a commitment to quality service.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment.
- Lead patient care programs to help customers manage their health.
- Manage pharmacy workflow and inventory.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues.
- Foster a team culture that promotes energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and reaching for items.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

- Pay Range: $20.75 - $25.25 per hour.
