About the role#
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our New York City team for the Fall 2026 term. You will report to the VP of Marketing at RealINSIGHT and focus on event marketing. This role supports major industry conferences across CW business lines, including RealINSIGHT, CW Asset Management, and RI Marketplace. You will gain hands-on experience in how B2B marketing operates within an institutional finance firm, from event planning to brand management.
What you'll do#
- Manage event logistics, including registration, hotel room blocks, and RSVP tracking.
- Oversee sponsorship deliverables to ensure all commitments are met.
- Coordinate meeting spaces, including scheduling, signage, and on-site setup.
- Handle merchandise ordering, sourcing, and shipping logistics for branded apparel and swag.
- Organize catering and floral logistics for client events and meeting spaces.
- Research vendors and venues for client dinners.
- Assist with attendee coordination and meeting scheduling during live conferences.
- Provide on-site support at events and pull post-event data reports.
- Contribute to digital marketing content and assist with ad hoc marketing projects.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree is required. Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or Finance is a plus.
- Mandatory experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple logistical workstreams.
- A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort receiving and applying direct, candid feedback.
- Hands-on experience with B2B events, trade shows, or industry associations is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, financial services, or SaaS is helpful but not required.

- This is a full-time, paid internship at $30 per hour.
- The role is based on-site in New York City, NY.
- This position takes place during the Fall 2026 term.
