About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience and professional development within the homebuilding and homebuying process. You will be assigned to a primary department to gain experience through project work, research, reporting, and administrative support. The program includes training, departmental rotations, and exposure to various business functions.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations within your assigned department, division, office, or field location.
- Assist with department-specific projects, research, and coordination efforts.
- Learn industry terminology, business systems, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to understand how the company supports business operations.
- Participate in training programs, meetings, and rotations to enhance your knowledge of potential career paths.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university, entering your junior or senior year, or recent graduation.
- Degree pursuit or coursework in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Modality: This role supports remote, on-site, and hybrid work arrangements.
