About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience and professional development within the homebuilding industry. You will work within a primary department or functional area to gain exposure to the business through project work, research, and administrative tasks. The program includes departmental rotations, training sessions, and opportunities to observe operations in both office and field settings.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations across various departments, offices, or jobsites.
- Assist with research, reporting, and coordination of department-specific projects.
- Learn industry terminology, company policies, and business systems.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to support homebuilding and the customer experience.
- Participate in training programs, meetings, and rotations to understand different career paths within the company.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university, entering your junior or senior year, or a recent graduate.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Communications, Operations Management, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Sewickley, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- Work modality includes remote, on-site, and hybrid options depending on the assignment.
