About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in our Dallas regional office. You will support our Corporate Services teams, including Finance, Accounting, Development Finance, and Tax. The role runs from early June 2027 through late August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial documents for monthly and quarterly review meetings.
- Create and maintain basic financial models.
- Update unit and property workbooks.
- Assist with Property Data Base audits.
- Pull and format developer cash flow summaries.
- Attend and prepare for internal team meetings.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a business-related field, or have earned one within the last 12 months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on short deadlines.
- Capacity to work with moderate independence and collaborate with personnel at all levels.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL is preferred.
