    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time Human Resources internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in Mt Sterling, Illinois. The role involves training across various departments to understand company workflows and business needs. You will take ownership of assigned projects, participate in team-based intern projects, and present your findings at the end of the program.

    What you'll do#

    • Train and job-shadow to learn business processes.
    • Lead and own assigned individual projects.
    • Collaborate with other interns on team projects.
    • Define problems, conduct research, and perform data analysis.
    • Review, update, and track various reports.
    • Apply lean thinking to identify and remove waste in your daily work.
    • Attend intern training events and development sessions.

    What you'll need#

    • You are a full-time student in good standing at a local, accredited college or university.
    • You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • You maintain a minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
    • You can manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • You have the ability to travel as needed for the role.

    • Location: Mt Sterling, Illinois.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Commitment: Minimum of 350 hours during the internship.
