About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Digital HR team for the summer of 2027. You will work with the Digital HR Center of Excellence, HR Continuous Improvement, and Shared Services teams. This role focuses on HR processes, workflow automation, technology projects, and analytics. You will gain hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Power BI while helping us improve human experiences and business effectiveness.
What you'll do#
- Partner with HRIS managers and Global Process Owners to analyze business issues and recommend process improvements.
- Document current and future-state process designs.
- Participate in requirements definition workshops and document technology solution requirements.
- Create test plans and perform solutions testing.
- Work with Solution Architects and Portfolio Managers to build project plans and track progress.
- Partner with People Analytics leaders to analyze data, develop reports, and create executive presentations.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, MIS, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or non-graduating senior.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from the facility.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
