    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time Human Resources Internship based in Bear, Delaware for Summer 2027. You will work on-site to gain professional experience while training across various departments to understand company workflows and business needs. You are expected to work a minimum of 350 hours during the internship tenure. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.

    What you'll do#

    • Take ownership of assigned individual projects and participate in a collaborative team project with other interns.
    • Define problems, collect data, and perform analysis to determine effective solutions.
    • Review, update, and track various reports.
    • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in your work.
    • Present your research, findings, and recommendations at the end of the internship.
    • Attend business, company-specific, and personal development training events.
    • Maintain responsibility for the workplace safety of yourself and your co-workers.
    • Travel as needed, as this role may require minimal overnight travel.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a full-time student in good standing at an accredited college or university.
    • A minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Criminal Justice, Supply Chain Management, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Prior leadership experience.
