About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Gentry, Arkansas. You will work on real-world projects that impact the organization and present your findings to senior leaders. The role balances project work with daily tasks to help you understand our core processes.
What you'll do#
- Lead projects that solve actual business problems related to your field of study.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ways to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Help develop, communicate, and implement team concepts, programs, and policies.
- Maintain familiarity with our quality, security, and company operating systems.
- Participate in team meetings and support organizational goals.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Ability to use computers and standard software programs.
- Experience in manufacturing or the poultry industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on your feet for multiple hours, work in various temperatures, and lift at least 10 pounds.
