    About the role#

    This is a part-time, year-round co-op position based in the Midland Global Dow Center. You will provide administrative support to the Core Legal Practices team, working alongside paralegals and administrative professionals. This role requires a commitment of at least one full calendar year while you continue your undergraduate studies.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage daily office tasks including copying, scanning, filing, and sorting mail.
    • Handle shipping and local document pickup or dropoff.
    • Assist with contract and agreement distributions and discontinuances.
    • Update Primary Dow Contacts for various agreements.
    • Perform International Trade Organization sanctioned party screening.
    • Order supplies and provide general administrative support to the team.

    What you'll need#

    • High school diploma or GED and current enrollment in an accredited college or university near the Midland Dow site.
    • Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for commuting.
    • Ability to complete at least 6 credit hours per term during Fall and Winter terms.
    • Capacity to lift boxes weighing 10-15 pounds.
    • Commitment to work at least one full calendar year.
