About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in talent management and influencer marketing. You will work within our influencer department to support the growth of our talent roster and assist with daily operations. This is a full-time commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week over a 16-week period.
What you'll do#
- Scout and onboard new talent by scheduling intro calls and managing necessary forms.
- Maintain accurate sales and talent pipelines.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling.
- Assist with client and brand outreach, which includes joining calls and managing follow-ups.
- Help with sponsorships and deals, including contract negotiation and invoicing.
- Create and organize sales folders, contracts, and talent assets.
- Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Participate in business development meetings and monitor industry trends.
What you'll need#
- A recent Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, business, communications, public health, or psychology.
- Relevant internship experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- A good eye for talent, including the ability to assess quality, authenticity, and influence.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Excellent time management and a strong work ethic.

- Location: Ontario, Canada.

- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship, though a $500 stipend is provided upon successful completion of the 16-week program.
