About the role#
The Director provides leadership and management for the East Stroudsburg University Student Center. This four-story, 109,233 square-foot facility houses student support services, a bookstore, theatre, food court, art gallery, ballroom, and various meeting spaces. You will guide the strategic direction of the building to foster an inclusive environment for the campus community.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily building operations.
- Direct student engagement initiatives.
- Oversee event planning and coordination for both internal and external groups.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all building visitors.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated experience in building operations.
- Experience in personnel supervision.
- Proven background in fiscal management.
- A degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.

- This is a full-time, paid position located on-site in Pennsylvania.
